Storm Threat Departs: Windy & Colder

The severe weather threat is over, finally, after multiple turbulent episodes over the last couple of days. As the severe threat ends, windy & colder weather has arrived.  We still can’t rule out a few showers this evening, tonight and early tomorrow. But no rough weather.  Just windy.  west to northwest winds at 15-30 mph this afternoon and tonight will make it seem quite chilly.  Low tonight 49.  Monday will be a windy, cool day.  high in the upper 50’s and the Low Monday night 39.  Gusty west winds at 15-20 mph gusting to 30.  This is the week when much colder air will arrive, especially late week.  Get ready!!

THE WEEK AHEAD:  Temperatures will briefly warm on Wednesday, but as promised, much colder air is on the weather menu for the rest of the week, especially toward the weekend.

Everything is back to normal tomorrow.  I’ll have a video for you first thing in the morning.  My alarm goes off at 2, your video will be online at 5.  Have a great Sunday evening!   I’ll see you in the morning.  -Rich
