Gulf Coast “Soaker” – Then, Sunshine Soon–– THURSDAY Video

Good Morning!  Get ready for one more storm system before we tale a nice break. Once again, we could see some locally rainfall amounts, which is the last thing we need, with saturated ground and rivers at bank full.  We’ll look at how much rain we can expect, plus the updated timetable of arrival and departure.  Are you ready for a nice weekend?  The news is good as sunshine makes a big return, finally.  We’ll take a peek at the distant horizon.  Is winter poised to return anytime soon?

Showers today, then soaking rain and a few thunderstorms tonight.  It will become windy by evening.

The front moves through early tomorrow, but there will be a lingering chance of rain behind the front.

Rainfall amounts could be significant, considering the ground is saturated and rivers are at bank full.

Glorious sunshine returns for the weekend.   Finally a nice string of days Saturday through Monday.  Chance of showers Monday night into Tuesday.

There will be a few “bumps in the road” with some briefly cooler days, but on the whole, over the next two weeks, no shocking Arctic air outbreaks in our future.
