More Rain Ahead – Possible Strong Storms Sunday –THURSDAY Video

Good Morning!  Looks a wet last day of February as our very active pattern continues.  I’ll walk you through the “up and down” rain chances for the next few days.  Plus, a stronger front on Sunday could bring a severe weather threat to Alabama.  I have the latest from the Storm Prediction Center.  And, drastically colder weather is on the way next week, but it may now last for long.

Wet at times today and for the next few days.  Looks like a wet commute for many.

Wet at times through Sunday.  Then a cold front delivers stage one of colder air.  Stage two begins to filter in by mid-week.

An important cold front will enter the state on Sunday, with a line of strong, possibly severe storms ahead of it.

The Storm Prediction Center has already added a severe weather risk for much of Alabama on Sunday.

Yes some drastically colder arctic air is on the way for next week, BUT, cold weather fans, the cold may only for maybe three days or so before we start to recover.  The coldest air will stay north of us.  We will side-swiped.
