Two Cool Fronts in The Week Ahead – No Hurricanes in the Gulf – MONDAY VIDEO

Happy Columbus Day!  Our Day will start out cloudy, but we’ll see some nice improvement by this afternoon.  The first of two cool fronts will move across Tuesday.  We expect it to be a dry front.  The second cool front arrives Thursday night/Friday morning.  It will deliver some of the coolest air of the Fall so far, followed by a great weekend.  So, the news in the week ahead is much nicer.  Nothing to worry about in the Gulf this week!

On the map …there’s the remnants of Delta moving toward the Carolinas. Qe also see the first of two cool fronts approaching from the midwest.

Clouds will be stubborn during the morning and mid-day, but gradually we’ll work our way into sunshine. Clouds return tonight ahead of a front.

After the first cool front arrives on Tuesday, the second front with the coolest air arrives late week.

We’re expecting a dry, quiet, storm-free week with no hurricanes. Two cool fronts ahead.

The coolest morning will be Saturday morning.

There is ONE Area To Watch that the hurricane season is keeping tabs on in the tropical Atlantic. The remnants of Delta are over north Georgia early this morning.
