Typical Summer Pattern – Daily “Hit or Miss” Storms – FRIDAY Video

Good Morning!  If you have weekend plans…you may be wondering if it might rain.  The fact is, there will be rain on the radar every single day.  But, your town may stay bone dry.  It’s the luck of the draw this time of year.  The forecast is about as typical as you can get for June in this part of the world.  I have adjusted the forecast for here and the Gulf Coast Beaches.  We’ll look well into next week.  And, I have the latest from the tropics.  I’ll bring you up to speed on Invest 95-L.

Today will be very warm & humid again. There will be random storms in the heat of the day, and into the evenung before fading out. Some towns will get wet. Most towns will not.

This typical Summer Pattern will be locked in place for the next several days with little day to day change.

At the Beach, there is a moderate rip current risk for the weekend. Yellow flags. Scattered showers and storms will be a little more numerous than normal.

Invest 95-L is being monitored in the Tropical Atlantic. NHC gives it a 30% chance of development in the next 5 days.

Besides 95-L, we will be keeping a close eye on the southwest Gulf next week.
