THURSDAY Update:  The Cold Will Fade & Retreat – Much Warmer Weekend Ahead

Good Morning!  It’s another unusually cold morning for so early in the season. We had the earliest freeze in our weather history on Wednesday.  Many towns will reach freezing this morning.  But, get ready for a big warm-up soon.  Here’s my brief forecast discussion.

TODAY:     It’s another very cold start this morning. Many towns will be near freezing at Dawn. (Record is 32 from 1989)  Today will still be well below normal, but not quite as cool.   Sunshine, not as breezy.  High today 64. (Yesterday’s high was only 62)   It will be chilly again tonight, But not quite as cold as the last two nights.  Low 37.

.

NEXT FEW DAYS:    Get ready for a very nice weekend.  Sunshine and warmer.  We’re back into the low to mid 70’s by Friday and the upper 70’s Saturday.  Perhaps near 80 by Sunday and lower 80’s early next week.    Lots of sunshine.  Very comfortable.  Showers return to the forecast Tuesday

Nice warm-up over the weekend back into the 70’s.  Lower 80’s early next week.

Here’s a peek at the potential Sunday Highs.

Approaching front brings a risk of showers by Tuesday.
