MONDAY Update:  Arctic Chill Will Fade – Warming Trend

Good Morning!  After a near record shattering Arctic Cold Weekend with snow flurries and brutal wind chill numbers, today, on this Ground Hog Day, we’ll climb into the 50’s, after a very cold start.  Expect mid 60’s on Tuesday, which sounds like a heatwave.  Rain moves in the overnight hours Tuesday night and part of Wednesday.  Colder again late week.  Here’s my brief video forecast discussion.

TODAY:  Frigid start. Sunshine.  High near 55. Light west wind.

TONIGHT:  Increasing clouds.  Not as cold.  Low 33.

NEXT FEW DAYS:   Clouds will increase Tuesday, but the risk of rain will hold off until the overnight hours Tuesday night and part of the day Wednesday.  Colder again by Thursday with highs in the upper 40’s.

The 10 Day model Blend Temperature Trend. Mid 60’s Tuesday. Another set-back Thursday. But, hang on… Warmer days start next week.

Here’s the EURO 16 day Ensemble temperature outlook.  Another Set-0back Thursday.  But look at the nice warming Valentines Week.  Could we see 70+?    Good chance….
