Good Morning! Dense Fog Advisory till 9AM. After patchy dense fog again this morning, get ready for another very mild day. Today’s high should reach the middle 70’s. (Normal 59/36) We’ll be in the 70’s through Friday. Our next significant weather maker will bring rain and thunderstorms by Friday night into Saturday. Some storms could be strong, possibly severe Friday night and Saturday. There is a Marginal Severe Risk for most of us. Damaging wind gusts are the main threat. A few tornadoes are not out of the question. Sharply Colder Arctic Air follows starting Sunday. We’ll be in the 20’s Sunday night. Monday we may fail to make it to 50 degrees. Just how bad is the fog this morning? Visibility is down to 200 feet at MGM and Prattville Airports. Maxwell AFB offcially reports ZERO visibility. A car just crashed into a ditch near I-85 at East Chase. Dense Fog Advisory officially continues till 9AM. #alwx
