Good Morning!  An approaching front will bring a risk of widely scattered showers today. Meanwhile,  we continue very warm.  If we get to 81 today, we’ll tie the record from 2011. Sunday and Monday look dry and nice.  Another storm system will bring showers and storms Tuesday/Tuesday night/early Wednesday. Sharply much cooler air will follow for Wednesday night and Thanksgiving into Black Friday and Iron Bowl weekend.

TODAY: Widely scattered showers today.  High near 80 (Record 81 from 2011)   Patchy fog after 2am. Otherwise, partly cloudy, with a low around 54.

Future radar is not very optimistic on rainfall amounts.   

NEXT FEW DAYS: Still Sunday and Monday look dry and nice, with highs in the upper 70’s.

Next storm system Tuesday and Tuesday night.  The front moves through early Wednesday. Showers and thunderstorms.  Almost certainly SPC will issue a Marginal Severe Risk for Tuesday PM/Tuesday night.

THANKSGIVING:  Breezy and quite cool.  Mostly sunny.  Morning low 42.  Daytime high 58.  Low Thursday night 35.

IRON BOWL:  The biggest game of the year in Alabama will take place in Auburn this season, kicking off at 6:30 p.m.  on Saturday, November 29.  For now, the forecast calls for clear, cold conditions, with temperatures dropping through the 40s during the first half and into the 30s by the second half.  Saturday’s high in Auburn 55.  Low Saturday night 34.
