Big weather changes as our temperatures soar back into the 70’s. That will set the stage for a vigorous storm system, which could touch off a couple of rounds of strong/severe storms this week, one Tuesday PM and one Wednesday PM. Then, another sharp temperature drop after the storms. I’ll walk you through the details of an active weather week ahead on your Monday morning personal weather briefing.
A Powerful storm system will bring a variety of weather problems to much of the nation from the Midwest through the east, and is expected to bring two rounds of severe weather for Alabama, the first beginning Tuesday afternoon into Tuesday evening.
A second round of severe weather is a good bet on Wednesday afternoon & evening evening, with a marginal risk as far south at the I-85 Corridor. With both severe weather rounds, damaging wind gusts are the main threat, but isolated spin up tornadoes can not be ruled out.
