Good Morning! Weather changes are on menu on this first full day of Spring. Today will be the 9th and last day in the 80’s. An approaching cold front will bring showers and thunderstorms, followed by cooler air. Disturbance number two arrives later in the weekend with more rain and thunderstorms. What about timing? An approaching Cold Front will bring showers and storms to the state today and tonight. We’ll be in the 80’s for the 9th day in a row.
Marginal Severe Risk for parts of northwest and west Alabama. Damaging wind gusts of 60+ mph possible in a few storms.
Front make it into SE Alabama tomorrow morning. Could be a couple of showers in the morning but much of Saturday will be dry.
Cooler weekend. More rain and perhaps some thunderstorms arrive Sunday afternoon into Monday. Lingering showers Tuesday and Wednesday, as it warms up again
This rain coming in this evening will improve the Pollen Count for the weekend.
