Good Morning! It’s another wet start to the day across much of the area. The storm system will ease out of the state by early afternoon, as a shot of colder air funnels into Alabama, on gusty NW winds. We’ll be in the mid 30’s by tonight, and the upper 20’s tomorrow night. The chilly air will stay in place for a couple days. But, expect weekend warming, as another storm system approaches. Rollercoaster temperatures will give us quite a ride over the next 10 days or so. Strap yourself in.
Best chance of rain first half of today. Windy and turning colder this afternoon and much colder tonight.
Rain will dominate the morning hours. The rain will start to exit the state after lunchtime.
Much colder Thursday and Friday. Warmer again this week. Another storm system brings in rain Saturday night and Sunday.
COLDEST morning will be around Dawn Friday with upper 20’s in central Alabama.
The next storm system moves in Saturday night into Sunday. Showers, and maybe some thunderstorms. Very mild Sunday. Upper 60’s.
Strap yourself in. Rollercoaster temperatures over the next 10 days, as January ends and February begins.
