Still Hot & Dry – Holiday Weekend Preview – Scattered Showers – TUESDAY Video

Good Morning!  We’re still dry, and we’re still getting hotter and hotter.  Today’s high temperature will tease the mid 90’s.  Our long-standing record for today is 96 from 1915.  Through the rest of the work-week we should be dry.  But, an approaching frontal system will bring the risk of showers back to the area by Friday evening and Friday night.  I have included a small rain chance in the Memorial Day weekend forecast.  You may have to dodge a few raindrops at time.  But, we need the rain.  On this video, I’ll bring you up to date on the forecast through the holiday weekend for here and the Gulf Coast beaches.

Still hot & Dry today. We may not make it to the record of 96, but we’ll be in the neighborhood.

Our next ris of showers will begin late/ Friday night and into the holiday weekend. I have the risk very small at the moment, but you may have to dodge a few rain drops.

Hot and Dry through Thursday. Risk of spotty showers starting late Friday and over the Memorial Day Weekend. Not a big deal.

Pretty typical Memorial Day Weekend forecast for the Gulf Coast. Highs in the lower 80’s. Small chance of spotty showers. Gulf water temperature near 80 degrees
