WEDNESDAY Update: Cooler Air Ahead – Few Showers Tonight/Thursday – Cool Weekend

(**  BLOG Update This morning, instead of a video.  Blame lack of sleep due to BRAVES Winning The World Series.  VIDEO tomorrow! )

Good Morning!  A brief video introduction below!

TODAY:  There will be some sunshine.  But, high cloudiness will be on the increase.  A little cooler today.  High upper 60’s.  Northeast wind 6 to 11 mph.  Cloudy tonight.  Widely scattered showers by late tonight.  Chilly.  Low 51.

SHOWERS RETURNING:   Low pressure will slide eastward from the western Gulf region, across the northern Gulf.  Showers will return as early as late tonight. Spotty showers will be around Thursday.  Light showers.  No thunderstorms.

The main Low will pass far south of Alabama on Thursday.  There will be spotty showers, but coverage will be limited.

RETURN OF COOLER DAYS AHEAD:  Much like last week, a Deep Upper Trough will influence the area on Friday.  It will be cloudy, breezy & cool.  There could even be a stray shower or two.  I have the rain chance under 20% for now.

NEXT FEW DAYS:   Spotty showers and cooler Thursday.   Friday will be cloudy, breezy and cool. I can’t rule out a stray shower Friday.   I’ve got us near 40 by Friday night and perhaps, some upper 30’ on Saturday night.  Nice weather over the weekend, but cool for early November.

LATE NEXT WEEK:  The NEXT big deal front should arrive somewhere around Veteran’s Day. Showers and thunderstorms.  Much cooler air will follow.

Tomorrow, everything is back to normal, I promise 😊.    Today…we’ll be Live on the radio 6 to 9 on NewsTalk 93.1 and Live on CBS 8 and ABC 32.  Watch us on TV. Have a good day.   There will be a complete video update first thing in the morning.   Count on it.
