SATURDAY UPDATE:  Summer-like Weekend – Random Scattered storms

Good Morning!   On this last day of April, it will feel more like summer.  The humidity is increasing and so is the probability of weekend showers and storms.  The rain will be random and scattered.  Not every town will get wet.

By Monday, storms will start to thin out a bit.  Only widely scattered storms, for almost every day next week.  It will feel like summertime on the first week of May.   Highs in the upper 80’s each day.  Maybe our first 90 degree high of the year by Wednesday or Thursday.

On this Blog Update, I have tweaked the daily rain chance through Thursday.

TODAY & SUNDAY:  Sun/clouds.  More humid.   Random scattered showers and thunderstorms, especially in the afternoon & evening hours both days.  Not every town will get wet.  Highs in the mid 80’s both days.  Low at night in the mid 60’s

Here’s a Future Radar snapshot at 3PM today.

NEXT FEW DAYS:   Scattered showers and thunderstorms Sunday.  Mid 80’s.  Widely scattered storms Monday through Thursday.  Very humid.  High in the upper 80’s.

Could we see our first 90 degree high this week?  Probably….

BEACH FORECAST:  High rip current risk through Monday.  Scattered thunderstorms Saturday.  Widely scattered thunderstorms Sunday and Monday.  Highs in the 70’s.  Gulf Water 72.

POLLEN:  Not awful.  But medium to high range for the next few days.

.

I’ll have another Blog update in the morning.  Enjoy this beautiful weekend weather.
