TROPICAL UPDATE: Besides Potential Tropical Cyclone Two, there are two Area’s to Watch. Invest 95-L is close to the Texas coast with drenching rain. The models are not very favorable for the Area to Watch in the tropical Atlantic. NHC now gives it a 10% chance of development.
