EARLY MORNING UPDATE:
Good Morning! A fresh supply of chilly air is invading our state. We’re more then a month from winter, but we are getting an early taste of winter air. We should stay way below normal for the next several days. At least we are storm-free for the next few days. Here’s my brief forecast discussion.
TODAY: Should be quite a chilly day, for so early in the season. A little brisk. Sun/Cloud mix. NW wind 12 to 16 mph. High today near 53. Normal high is 70. TONIGHT: Cloudy at times late. Then, partly cloudy late. Cold. Low near 35.
NEXT FEW DAYS: Very chilly for the next several days. Unseasonably Cold. Highs Friday through Monday generally in the lower 50’s. That’s almost 20 degrees too cold for this early in the season. Coldest mornings Friday and Monday. Upper 20’s. A dry forecast through Monday.
Dry for several days.
Here’s the model temperature blend for the next 10 days. Normal high 70. Normal Low 43. Temperatures will be a little more reasonable toward Thanksgiving Week. A little milder.
Perhaps a storms system around Black Friday. This one needs to be watched for potential Severe Weather.
SPACE STATION FLYOVER THIS EVENING: (If the clouds cooperate….)There will be an excellent Space Station (ISS) flyover This evening from the SW to the northeast, almost overhead. Look in the southwest sky around 5:51 PM. Should be very bright, 3.9 magnitude. Always worth your time.
