Good Morning from Montego Bay! Looks like our temperatures will be below normal through the rest of December. (Normal: 62/39) The BEST news is…no “big ticket” storm systems through the end of the year. Today will be breezy and cool. A weak disturbance brushes by early Saturday. Rain chance 20% or less. Otherwise the weekend is dry. Next chance of showers arrives Monday afternoon/night. Very chilly days and cold nights. But wait until you get a peek at some of the numbers closer to Christmas! Here’s my brief forecast discussion.
TODAY: Sunshine, breezy, cool today. High 56. West wind 10 to 16 gusts to 20+. Increasing clouds tonight. Chilly. Low 38.
NEXT FEW DAYS:
It’s cool now, but the weekend will be colder. Saturday and Sunday’s high will struggle to reach 50. (Normal hi/lo 62/39) We’ll be in the upper 20’s Sunday and Monday morning. Generally dry Saturday. Rain chance 20% or less. Otherwise the weekend is dry. Next chance of showers arrives Monday afternoon/night. Very chilly days and cold nights.
Attention Cold Weather Fans…you’ll love seeing the much colder temperatures over the next 10 days. In fact, check out some of the numbers as we get closer to Christmas Day. That’s some very chilly stuff!
This is what’s called the Model Blend. It averages all the numbers from all the models. (In fact…some of the model numbers I am NOT showing you are even COLDER for Christmas. But, I’m not buying those extreme numbers.)
