Good Morning! There’s no doubt about it. It’s going to rain today. Take it to the bank. Lots of rain. Locally heavy at times. Not only that. It’ll be unusually cool for April. We may not reach 60°. This after a week of 80’s and near 90 degree days. Not a Chamber of Commerce Day. Easter Sunday will be cool, but much better. We may even see limited sunshine. Monday and Tuesday should be dry. But, a Gulf Low will bring the risk of rain back to the forecast by mid and late week.
TODAY: Periods of rain and thunderstorms. Locally heavy rain. . It’ll be unusually cool for April. We may not reach 60°. High 59. Breezy. East wind 10 to 20 mph. Rain continues well through the evening and into tonight. Chilly. Low 49.

EASTER SUNDAY: Improvement. I have removed rain from the forecast. Cloudy in the morning, but I think we’ll see at least partial sunshine. Still WAY below normal for April. But, not awful. Morning low 49. Daytime high 69. Breezy. North wind 10 to 20 mph.
NEXT FEW DAYS: Dry Monday and Tuesday. Still below normal on the temperatures. (Normal 77/51). Warmer Wednesday. A Gulf Low will bring the risk of rain back to the forecast by mid and late week. No severe weather is expected for the next several days.

BEACH FORECAST: Absolutely terrible on the coast today. Rain and thunderstorms. Locally heavy rainfall. Smaller rain chance Sunday and Monday, but breezy and very cool for a trip to the Beach. High rip current risk.
