WEEKEND Update:  Nice Iron Bowl Saturday – Showers Return Sunday

Good Morning!  Great weather for the Iron Bowl today. Timing is everything.  We are in between disturbances.  Today looks really nice, with plenty of sun and mid 60 degree temperatures.  Another Gulf coast disturbance and frontal system  will bring showers back to the forecast tomorrow.  Monday through Wednesday will be much cooler. We could see freezing temperatures Tuesday and Wednesday mornings. Late next week showers will return to the forecast around Friday.

TODAY (Saturday):   Abundant sunshine. Hi 66.  East wind 5-11 mph.  Partly cloudy chilly tonight.  Low 45.

Nice Day in Auburn for today’s Iron Bowl with a 2:30 PM kickoff. There is a weak front draped through the state, but it’s a dry front.

NEXT FEW DAYS:  Another Gulf coast disturbance and frontal system  will bring showers back to the forecast tomorrow.  Monday through Wednesday will be much cooler. We could see freezing temperatures Tuesday and Wednesday. Late next week showers will return to the forecast around Friday.

An approaching front brings showers back to the forecast Sunday.

After a rather cool week ahead, looks like more rain ahead of a frontal system on Friday December 1st.

Thanks for reading this Blog this morning!  I’ll have another update for you Monday morning.  Have a nice Holiday!
