Good Morning! Much cooler air is heading for Alabama. Today will be sunny and cool, but a surge of colder air will move in tonight. We’ll be in the upper 20’s by dawn Tuesday. Tuesday will be a raw December day with a high near 50. We’re back to upper 20’s again on Tuesday and Wednesday night. Thursday highs recover to near 60. We’re dry through Friday. Widely scattered showers return to the forecast Saturday.
TODAY: Cool sunshine. High 59. NW wind 5 to 15. Mph. Clear and cold tonight. Low 29.
NEXT FEW DAYS: Expect some very cool days Tuesday and Wednesday. Nights we’ll be cold. We’re back to upper 20’s Tuesday and Wednesday night. Temperatures will moderate a bit late week. Dry weather continues through Friday. A small chance of widely scattered showers return to the forecast Saturday.
We’re dry through Friday. Risk of showers returns this weekend.
Here’s the 10 Day Model Temperature Trend. Last year Christmas Week was BITTERY COLD with bursting pipes. Good news! This week will be much milder. GREAT news.
