A new tornado watch has been issued for parts of Alabama, Florida and Georgia until 2 PM EST., 1PM CST

A Tornado Watch continues until 7AM for all of south Alabama. The watch extends as far north as Wilcox, Butler and Crenshaw counties. Several tornadoes are likely. A few strong tornadoes are also possible. (EF-2 or higher). Scattered damaging wind gusts to 75 mph, and ping pong hail is possible. Outside of thunderstorm areas, strong non-thunderstorm winds will continue very gusty, as high as 45-50+ mph which will take down tree limbs and small trees. Power outages are likely.
