Good Morning! Heat, humidity and random storms will dominate a fairly routine Labor Day Weekend forecast. Storms will not be widespread, but a few stronger storms are possible. Heat indices will reach triple digit levels, The rain chance will be a notch higher by Labor Day Monday. But, next week will be different. Rain chances get a lot better starting Tuesday and through the rest of the week.

FUTURE RADAR : Pretty routine summer day. Spotty random storms.
NEXT FEW DAYS: Hot and Humid through the Labor Day weekend. The Heat index will be in the 100 to 105 range.. Spotty random, scattered storms are back in the forecast through the Holiday weekend. Storms will become more numerous by Monday. Rain chances get a lot better starting Tuesday and through the rest of the week. Also, the high temperatures will come down later in the week.

. TROPICAL: NHC is now tracking three Areas to Watch in the tropical Atlantic. There is a small area being monitored in the NW Gulf. The lead area in the Tropical Atlantic, heading towards the Caribbean now has a medium 50% chance of development. And there’s a third tropical Atlantic behind that.
