Good Morning! It’s same story, different day. We’re stock in a Hot and Dry pattern for a few more days. Heat Advisory today. Highs will be in the upper 90’s through Monday. Sunny & Hot. We’ll mention a small chance of widely scattered storms by Tuesday. Here’s my brief forecast discussion.
TODAY: Lots of sunshine. Heat Advisory. Hot & dry .High near 98-100. Heat index near 105. NW wind 6 to 12 mph. Low 75.
Best Chance of any showers today will be near the front in SE Alabama and near the coast.

PERCEID METEOR SHOWER: We’re expecting great viewing weather this weekend for the peak of the Perceid Meteor shower. Arguably the BEST Meteor shower of the year. Check out the northeast sky, especially after Midnight. Up to 100/hour. Go far away from city lights.
. TROPICAL: Debby is now a Remnant low in Virginia. Today it gets picked up by a through and heads for the northeast US. More extreme rainfall and a tornado threat. Meanwhile, that Area to Watch in the Tropical Atlantic heading toward the Caribbean has a medium chance of development. Right now there is 50% chance of development next days. The next name available is Ernesto.

NEXT FEW DAYS: Our extremely hot and bone dry pattern will continue. Expect upper 90’s through Monday. (Normal hi/lo 84/72) Lows at night in the mid 70’s. We’ll mention a very small chance of random storms starting Tuesday.
BEACH: The weekend Beach forecast looks pretty good!. Rain chances will be very low. Isolated storms. Highs in the low 90’s. Gulf water 88. Medium Rip Current Risk.
