MONDAY Update:   Chilly Most of This Week

Good Morning!  There’s rain on the radar early this morning as a Gulf coast disturbance brushes by the area. The rain will exit early.  Get ready for a cool week ahead.  Temperatures will remain well below normal.  It’s a dry forecast through Thursday,  Rain returns late Friday.  Saturday will be a wet day.  Rain will exit by mid-day Sunday.  Friday and Saturday will warm to the low 60’s.   Here’s my brief forecast discussion,

TODAY:   Risk of showers mainly early.  Mostly cloudy.  High near 52.  NW wind 6 to 12 mph.  Partly cloudy, very cold tonight. Full Moon. Low 26.

NEXT FEW DAYS:  Much or the week ahead will be chilly.  Well below the seasonal normal of 59/36.  It’s  a dry forecast through Thursday,  Rain returns late Friday. Saturday will be a wet ry.  Rain will exit by mid-day Sunday.  Friday and Saturday will warm to the low 50’s.

Here’s the 10 day model blend temperature trend. While the week  will be chilly, we should see a brief warm-up Friday and Saturday ahead of the next storm system.
