Good morning! There’s rain as a radar this morning as a front approaches. But this time, it’s not an Arctic Front. Get ready for some mild Pacific air in the week ahead. This is the start of a Major Pattern Change. Finally, the Arctic Flood Gates are closed for the foreseeable future. The risk of showers will continue until noon. There’s a small risk of showers Wednesday. But, the next significant chance of rain arrives Friday. Showers and thunderstorms. Here’s my brief video forecast discussion.
TODAY: Risk of showers through about Noon. High today 55. SE winds shift to NW after the front passes 5-10 mph. Mostly cloudy tonight. Low 36.
The front will be passing into SE Alabama around Noon.

NEXT FEW DAYS: Get ready for some milder days. We’ll be in the 60’s through Thursday and perhaps 70’s Friday as the storm system approaches. There’s a small risk of showers Wednesday. But, the next significant chance of rain arrives Friday. Showers and thunderstorms.
