Good Morning! A Gulf coast storm-system will bring a quick round showers to the state today. But, the timing is good, and the weekend forecast is pretty nice. Sunshine returns Saturday. An isolated shower or two could pop up late Sunday. Temperatures will be tolerable: 50’s daytime, 30’s at night. We’ll look ahead to next week. Looks like a mid to late week warming trend. The next “big deal” storm system still looks like near the middle of the month.
Gulf Coast storm systems moves quickly through the area today. Showers should move into Georgia by afternoon. Breezy & colder tonight.
Storm-free weekend. Small rain chance Sunday. Cooler Monday through Wednesday. Near freezing Tuesday & Wednesday morning.
Late week warming trend next week, as a ridge builds above us.
Next “big ticket” weather looks like storm-system in the middle of the month, followed by another temperature crash for 2-3 days.
