Chilly Tuesday – Warmer by Thanksgiving – Good Travel Weather – TUESDAY Video

Good Morning!  It’s a very COLD Tuesday morning across the area.  Freeze Warning.  Today’s high will not make it out of the 50’s.  Expect another freeze Wednesday morning.  Overall, the news,  on this Thanksgiving Week, is very good.  There are no major storm systems on the horizon.  Except for some Thursday night showers, I’ll fill in the details of a fairly nice string of days through the Holiday Weekend.  Temperatures will be up and down, but travelers should be happy.  There are no mega-storm systems for hundreds of miles.

Bone-chilling below freezing morning. Very cool day. We won’t make it out of the 50’s. Another freeze tonight.

All in all…Wednesday should be a great travel day. There are no significant storm systems to worry about.

On Thanksgiving, after a chill start in the 30’s, expect a nice afternoon warm-up. We may tease 70 degrees. Showers hold off until Thursday night with the next cool front sweeping through the area.

Cool Wednesday. Warmer Thanksgiving afternoon. Showers Thursday night. Breezy & cooler Friday. Cool sunshine Saturday, but great football weather for the Iron Bowl.

Another great travel day Sunday.

Lots of ups and downs in the next 10 days.
