WEDNESDAY UPDATE:  Warm & Dry – Less Humid

Good morning!  Yesterday was hot, but much more tolerable on the humidity. Today and Thursday, will be even more comfortable with dewpoints in the 50’s. The forecast for the next couple of days looks great, as the month of May ends.  Expect dry weather through at least Thursday. We’ll add a small rain chance Friday. Then, random, scattered showers and thunderstorms will populate the radar this weekend.  Here’s My brief forecast discussion.

TODAY: Mostly sunny and less humid.  High near 90  Low tonight 68. . Light NW wind.

This is good news! Our comfort level will continue to improve today. At mid afternoon on Monday Memorial Day, the dewpoint at MGM was a brutal 77. Yesterday at mid afternoon a much better 60. Today and tomorrow afternoon dewpoints will be in the 50’s. VERY NICE.

NEXT FEW DAYS:   Thursday will be comfortable with highs in the 80’s and dewpoints in the 50’s. Expect dry weather through at least Thursday. We’ll add a small rain chance Friday. Then, random, scattered showers and thunderstorms will populate the radar this weekend.

Here’s the expected rainfall outlook through Sunday.

BEACH FORECAST:   Not a bad weekend Beach forecast.  Random storms.  Sun/cloud mix.  Comfortable temperatures.

Three days till the official start of hurricane season.
