Busy and noisy overnight with that line of strong storms, which will quickly weaken in south Alabama. Now, the attention turns to the weekend. Much of the rest of Friday, and Friday night and Saturday will be dry now, before the next storm system brings in more rain by Saturday night into Sunday.
Then, get ready. A huge temperature plunge is in the cards for Wednesday and Thursday. Much colder than we previously expected.
The Euro Model suggest the possibility of a late season freeze by Thursday and I think that is a very plausible idea.
