Good Morning! I’ll fill you in on a nice day today, and a breezy warm day tomorrow. But, the focus on this video is the Saturday storm system, and the severe weather potential. Many, many questions remain on the exact timing and strength of the system. The Storm Prediction Center is most bullish with an Enhanced Severe Risk. Locally, forecasters are a little more skeptical on the threat level. I’ll fill you in on what we know. I hope you have a couple of minutes for this important update. And, needless to say, on tomorrow morning’s video we will be more confident on the finer details.
NWS in Birmingham sticking with a Slight Risk of severe weather for now until the situation on timing and strength becomes clearer. ALL modes of severe weather possible, including tornadoes.
Meanwhile the Storm Prediction Center is a little a little more bullish on the Severe Threat with a ENHANCED risk of most of us Saturday. We will know much more about the finer details by later today and certainly tomorrow.
