FRIDAY Update:  More Scattered Storms – Fewer Storms This Weekend

Good Morning!  There will be random scattered showers and thunderstorms roaming around this afternoon and this evening.  But, not as many as the last few days/  Watch out for lightning. 

    The trend will be for fewer storms over the weekend.   They will be more widely scattered in nature.  Closer to a summertime normal.  Little change is expected early next week.  Pretty typical July weather pattern. 

TODAY:  Little more sun than the last few days.  There will be random scattered showers and thunderstorms roaming around this afternoon and this evening.  But, not as many storms as the last few days   High today lower 90’s Watch out for lightning Storms will fade out tonight.     Low tonight 72.

NEXT FEW DAYS:  Pretty close to “average” this weekend..  Highs in the low 90’s. There will be random storms around, but not as many storms.  They will be more widely scattered in nature. Not much day to day change early next week. 

BEACH FOREAST:    Elevated rain chance.   Especially today.  Gradually fewer storms this weekend.  Be prepared.  Your Beach fun may be interrupted from time to time.  Highs in the mid 80’s.  Moderate Rip Current Risk today and Sunday.  High Risk Saturday.  Gulf water temp 86. 

TROPICAL OUTLOOK:  The Atlantic, the Caribbean and the Gulf of Mexico are quiet for now.
