MONDAY Update:  Beautiful Pattern – Lower Humidity Days – Comfortably Cool Nights

Good Morning!  Have you walked outside yet?  This is wonderful air.  Lower humidity days and comfortably cool nights are worth celebrating.  If you like today, you’re going to love the week ahead.  Sunny days.  Clear nights.  Storm-free. Dry.  There’s activity in the tropics, but nothing we care about in this part of the world.  I love it when I have good news for you.  We deserve this.  Here’s my brief forecast discussion.

TODAY:    Abundant sunshine.  Comfortable humidity.  High in the mid 80’s. Little breeze. Northwest wind 6 to 12 mph.  Mostly clear and comfortably cool tonight.  Low 59.  (Coolest since May 30th)

Talk about nice air! Look at the expected dewpoints at mid afternoon. Mid 50’s. That’s wonderful air.

NEXT FEW DAYS:   Some nice days and comfortable nights are in our future.  Mostly sunny through Thursday with highs in the 80’s and very tolerable humidity. Lows 60’s Tuesday night.  Most nights in the 60’s,  A great week ahead.   Dry and storm free.  Friday is the last official day of summer.  Fall officially begins Saturday.  The Autumnal Equinox.

TROPICAL UPDATE:  There are currently 3 features in the Atlantic.  Lee and Tropical Storm Margot.  Including Hurricane Nigel.  That Area to Watch off the SE US coast is interesting.  It could acquire some sub-tropical characteristics by the weekend.   There are no tropical concerns in our part of the world.

Hurricane Nigel is Cat 1 with 80 mph winds.  It may become a major hurricane.   But, it will make the big curve into the Atlantic.

Thanks for reading this Blog this morning! This morning we are LIVE on the radio from 6 to 9 on NewsTalk 93.1.    I’ll have another update for you in the morning.  Have a nice day!
